The Work
Turnkey labor, by the season.
The base package covers your curb, your parcels and your watering. Leaf clearance, de-icing and snow removal are added per week, priced openly. Ground level, exterior only, no ladders, no roof work.
Spring & Summer
Elite landscape care
Watering for potted arrangements, hanging baskets, window boxes and perennial beds — by hose where it reaches, by can where it does not, never left on a timer. Delivered in full compliance with local restrictions, including Wrentham's Stage II outdoor watering ban.
Autumn
Hardscape clearance
Commercial backpack blower service across driveways, walkways and patios, so hard surfaces stay clean and safe. Blow-only into your nearest open grass or natural wood lines — no raking, no bagging, no hauling. Flat $50 a week, whatever the length of your paths.
Winter
Snow & ice clearing
Walkways and driveways cleared up to six inches of accumulation, with pet-safe, landscape-safe de-icing. A shoveled path is the clearest signal there is that somebody is watching the house.
Ground level, by design. No ladders, no roof work, no interior entry. It keeps our people safe, keeps our insurance simple, and keeps the scope of what we promise you unambiguous.
Pricing
Priced by the length of your trip.
A short trip of one to three days is $60. A full week of four to seven days is $100. Beyond seven days, each additional day is $15. Container watering within hose reach is included, as is hand-watering up to three containers. Leaf clearance is $50 a week for unlimited walkway and path. De-icing is $50, covering the first hundred feet of walkway, then $10 for each additional fifty. No hourly billing, no trip fees, no invoice surprises when you get home.

The Family
A family name on the work.
Lock & Leave started as a King Philip student's plan for summer work. Looking for a way to earn through the break, and while knocking on doors, the founder quickly realized how much attentive care busy traveling households actually needed. He started hauling bins to the curb and parcels off porches for the neighbors who were away.
One summer became four seasons, and the idea outgrew one pair of hands. Today it is the whole family: the same household answering the phone, walking the properties, and taking the photographs. Nobody here is working a shift. That is why the standard holds.
We keep the radius small and the scope narrow on purpose. Meticulous care is not a promise we make in a brochure — it is the only way a family can put its own name on every driveway it touches.

That is a deliberate choice, and it is what keeps everything simple: we sit outside Massachusetts' regulated watch-guard category, we carry standard commercial general liability insurance, and there is never a question about who was inside your house or what they had access to.
